All USPS Express Mail and FedEx International Economy shipments are sent with “Signature Required Upon Delivery” service
Customs Duties and/or Import Taxes vary by country and are the sole responsibility of the Buyer. Buyer is responsible for clearing shipments through Customs.
All shipments to destinations outside the United States will be accompanied with the required Customs Declaration for the Full Value of the Item purchased. There are no exceptions to this requirement.
All shipments are insured for their full value through third-party insurance. In the unlikely event that your package does not arrive or is damaged in transit, please contact us in order to initiate an Insurance Claim. Insurance Claims on International Shipments cannot be filed until 45 days after shipment and will require a signed written declaration of Non-Receipt or Damage from the Buyer. All high-value items are double boxed and packed well. If the item purchased is small in size be careful when removing packing material as it may be easy to throw the item away!
Delivery times vary by shipping method and service level
We provide Tracking Numbers via email as soon as shipments are processed
International shipments via USPS Priority Mail do not include online tracking information. USPS Express Mail Service (EMS) is highly recommended for all International Shipments.
International shipments sent via USPS Priority Mail can take up to 30 Days for delivery which is the USPS service level standard. Claims for undelivered International USPS Priority Mail shipments cannot be initiated until 45 days after shipment date.
